Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and fry them well.<br />- Add onions and salt. Mix them well.<br />- Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.<br />- Add water so as to cook the tomatoes well.<br />- Add corn, capsicum to the mixture and mix them well.<br />- Add coriander powder, garam masala to them and mix well.<br />- Add rice to the corn mixture and bring it together.<br />- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot!<br />
